Conduct
Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down others. Behave professionally. Remember that harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate.
All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate.
The working group is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of members in any form.
Scientific integrity
Members hold to the ordinary standards of scientific integrity: they represent the work of others fairly, acknowledge contributions, and disclose financial interests or other ties that could reasonably be seen as conflicts of interest in the group's publications and editorial decisions.
Reporting
Report a concern to either co-chair, whose contact details are in the Contacts section of the group's website. Reports are handled in confidence. If a concern involves a co-chair, report to the other co-chair or to the Society for Computational Economics. The co-chairs may take the action they judge appropriate, from a private conversation to removal from the group's spaces.
The conduct standards above are adapted from the short version of the NumFOCUS Code of Conduct. The scientific-integrity clause follows the practice of the NBER conference code of conduct.
